Customer Service Representative

The role is a fixed-term position at Veho Olari in Espoo, Finland, focused on delivering outstanding customer service in a car dealership setting. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the store, directing them to sales consultants or service, assisting with arranging test drives and key collection, and handling daily store duties such as updating car prices and merchandising. You will contribute to a positive, uplifting atmosphere and a friendly, helpful service culture. The job requires a valid driving license (B) and willingness to travel to other Veho locations in the greater Helsinki area when needed. Day shifts may include Saturdays and some hours outside of standard business time. The ideal candidate has relevant customer service, sales or promotion experience, a proactive approach, and fluency in Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus.
