IT infrastructure engineer (RMA & Diag) - Työmarkkinatori - Lappeenranta, Finland

We are seeking an IT infrastructure engineer to troubleshoot and solve data center IT hardware issues, process the RMA. This is a position for a technical expert working at the intersection of multiple domains. You will work at our data center in Lappeenranta, Finland. Your responsibilities include solving challenging firmware and hardware issues with servers, executing workarounds and solutions, acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point, creating processes and documentation, collaborating with departments and vendors, and improving support processes. Requirements include knowledge of datacenters and server equipment, deep understanding of IT hardware and troubleshooting, skills with Unix/Linux and command line, experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, presentation, proactiveness, and excellent English skills. Bonus skills include electronics repair at component level (SMD), network troubleshooting, and B-driver license.
