We are seeking a substitute Billing Secretary for the Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County, initially based in the payment unit in Vaasa. The substitution period begins on September 1, 2026, and ends on April 14, 2027. The financial administration of the Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County is responsible for, among other things, statutory accounting, accountancy, cost accounting, budget preparation, and financing, as well as billing and reporting of operations. We support decision-making and operations for units, management, and elected officials. We are looking for a customer-oriented Billing Secretary for the billing of social and healthcare client fees. The role requires accuracy, good problem-solving skills, and an interest in developing systems and methods. We offer interesting and challenging tasks where you will be an important part of our team. Previous experience in billing is valued. Eligibility requirements: Suitable higher education degree or secondary vocational qualification. Good oral and written skills in both of the country's national languages. A probationary period will be applied.
