Outdoor Area Worker

We are seeking skilled outdoor area workers for permanent, full-time (37.5 h/week) positions in Helsinki for Alltime. The planned start date for the employment is September 14, 2026. As an outdoor area worker at Alltime, your daily tasks include the seasonal care and maintenance of property outdoor areas and providing smooth service to customers in the area. In the summer, workdays consist of the maintenance and care of property yard areas, such as lawn mowing, weed control, care and maintenance of planting areas, hedges, and vegetation, as well as ensuring the general tidiness of the yard areas. In the winter, workdays are filled with manual snow removal and sanding/gritting, and if necessary, mechanized snow removal. Your work sites are residential properties located in the Helsinki area, and travel between them is done using Alltime's company cars. Therefore, a Class B driver's license is essential for performing the job. Remuneration for the position is according to the Property Services sector collective agreement PR2 12.59 €/h, and an education supplement is paid according to possible qualifications.
