Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Kotova's content across channels
- Develop content calendars and series
- Brainstorm, script, shoot and publish content

- Maintain and optimize Meta and TikTok campaigns; monitor results
- Optimize email marketing and automation
- Coordinate shoots with external partners
- Identify and cultivate long-term influencer collaborations
- Develop website content for SEO and AI search
- Monitor Google Ads performance and identify improvement areas
- Analyse marketing results and scale effective content
- Leverage existing AI tools and develop them with the team
Requirements
- Experience in corporate social media content planning and production
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta formats
- Ability to create engaging, goal-oriented, brand-aligned content
- Video shooting and editing skills
- Confident on-camera presence
- Experience managing paid social advertising and optimization
- Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation
- Basic SEO, Google Ads, and AI search understanding
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Ability to manage own work and bring ideas from plan to execution
- Commercial mindset and willingness to develop based on data
