Our client provides quality cleaning services in the Tampere region, specializing in staircase cleaning and renovation cleaning. We are seeking a service supervisor to join our client’s team on a permanent basis in Tampere. As a service supervisor you will play a key role in supporting workers, ensuring quality of work, and making sure cleaning on-site runs as smoothly as possible. As a service supervisor you are responsible for your own area and its daily operations. You will guide and support employees in their work, ensure the necessary tools and supplies are available, and ensure work proceeds smoothly and clearly for the staff. In this role you will work close to day-to-day realities: help, resolve situations, and ensure targets are met. The service supervisor also cleans sites when needed, covers absences, and helps in the field where help is required. We are looking for a person who is not afraid to take action and who wants to support both employees and customers through their own work. We hope applicants have prior experience in cleaning tasks and understand the day-to-day of cleaning work. You should have good organizational skills, smooth social skills, and a motivating approach to supporting staff. We value initiative, self-direction, and the ability to act in changing situations. A responsible and solution-oriented attitude and a practical approach are required. The role also requires a driving license, as travel between sites is necessary. Interested?
