Your supervisor is genuinely present in everyday life. They spar, listen, and support your development. We also regularly reward our doers and teams. You are key to the store's success. In your work at the checkout, you are often the last person the customer meets. Your task is to ensure that a good feeling and a delightful memory remain - that's why your role is particularly meaningful and you can influence our customers' daily lives. Your duties include noticing and greeting customers, as well as handling purchases and payment transactions smoothly and carefully at the line or self-service checkout. You ensure that the customer receives all benefits, products are neatly displayed, and the store is pleasant. Your duties also include trolley arrangements. It is important to us that we work in close cooperation across department boundaries in the store. In practice, this means that people from department work rush to help at the checkout during peak times and from the checkout, people help those doing department work, so that we can quickly get great new products out of the load to delight our customers.
