Job Description
As an IT Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution to enable sustainable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit requirements and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of requirement management, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical specifications and successfully implemented within the banking domain. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business strategies. Elicit functional and non-functional requirements from architects, developers, and legal teams. Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team. Secure requirements traceability during end-to-end development phases. Manage requirements documentation, including use cases and sequence diagrams. Support testers and developers within the team and hub to ensure alignment. Verify developed solutions by conducting analysis of test results. Proven experience from a corresponding position, minimum of 3 years. Advanced knowledge of IT combined with skills in business analysis. Experience of using Jira & Confluence, strong knowledge of API development, Json request/response Mapping for efficient collaboration with developers. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and design. Knowledge of Architecture diagrams like sequence diagrams. Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies. Supportive, stress tolerant, social, responsible personal skills. A credit check will be conducted for the selected candidate.
