Inission Power is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator for a versatile and responsible role in Vantaa. **What will you be doing?** As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring that the customer order-to-delivery process runs smoothly from start to finish. Your work combines operational sales support, order management, logistics, and international customer and supplier cooperation. Your days will consist of diverse tasks where you will work in close cooperation with customers, subcontractors, and Inission Power's sales, production, product development, and finance teams. Key responsibilities include processing customer and purchase orders, preparing order confirmations, coordinating deliveries, preparing export documents, arranging transport, and maintaining inventory balances in the ERP system. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily customer communication, inquiries regarding delivery times, and coordinating practical matters related to deliveries. You will work as part of a two-person team, where responsibilities are divided by subcontractor. This is an independent and practical specialist role where you can genuinely influence your own work and develop operating methods as part of an agile organization. **What kind of expert are we looking for?** We are looking for a person for the position who already has experience with order-to-delivery processes and who enjoys a versatile operating environment. The salary for the position is approximately €2800-3000/month, but negotiable considering the selected person's background and experience.
