Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between DeLaval, dealers, and dairy farmers; supporting dealers in selling and expanding the product range; collaborating with the Regional After Market Sales Manager and dairy advisor; driving revenue growth by strengthening relationships; coaching dealer representatives; monitoring market trends and participating in strategic thinking; setting sales budgets with the regional manager and achieving targets; reporting to the regional sales manager. Profile: bachelor-level work/responsibility, affinity with dairy farming, autonomous, communicative, client-oriented, proactive, team-oriented, bilingual French and German is an asset; Dutch and English are plus.
