Customer Service Representative

Barona Teollisuus Oy is offering a unique combined customer service role for five employees, spanning a full 12-month period across two different seasons with a single employment contract in Kuusamo. During the winter season (December to April) at Rukakeskus Oy, the role involves working as a slope employee. Responsibilities include customer service at the lifts, operating and monitoring lifts, ensuring customer safety, and working outdoors in a fell environment. Shifts are from Monday to Sunday in morning and evening rotations, with 30-37.5 hours per week. During the summer season (May to November) at Barona's service center in Kuusamo, the role shifts to customer service via phone and email. Duties include sales-oriented customer service and assisting customers with subscription and billing matters. Working hours are primarily weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00, 37.5 hours per week. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, possess a T-class driver's license, and be committed to the full 12-month duration. Fluency in Finnish is required.
