Construction Cleaner in Tampere City Centre We are looking for an experienced construction cleaner for our client's new apartment building project near the center of Tampere! Your duties will include, among other things, construction cleaning of apartments, vacuuming, removing concrete splashes with a scraper, sanding surfaces, removing protections, and other versatile construction cleaning and finishing work as the site progresses. We hope you have previous experience in construction cleaning and a thorough and proactive approach to work. The role suits a person who works independently and ensures the quality of the work. We expect from you: * previous experience in construction cleaning * ability to work independently * a brisk and proactive work ethic * a valid occupational safety card Work starts flexibly according to the agreement. Working hours are weekdays 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined according to the construction industry TES based on your experience, approximately 14.20–17.13 €/h + TES additions.
