Each trip is the chance to create connections, discover new cultures, and share unforgettable experiences with strangers who often become friends. What does a Travel Coordinator do? A Travel Coordinator is not a tour guide. Your role is to lead the group experience, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and part of the adventure. You will: Lead small groups of travellers during WeRoad trips; Create a positive group dynamic; Support the group throughout the itinerary; Help turn a trip into a memorable experience. Who we are looking for: Love travelling and meeting new people; Comfortable speaking English fluently; Strong communication and leadership skills; Responsible and organised; Enjoy managing group dynamics; Based in Europe. The World English Community is made up of Travel Coordinators who lead tours in English, with travellers from all around the world. At this time we are progressing applications from Native and Fluent English speakers based in Europe.
