Early Childhood Education Teacher

Satusaari is a unit for approximately 75 children opened in late 2021 in a quiet residential area in Meri-Nuorikkala, Raisio. Nature and the good outdoor terrains of the local area are part of our daily life. We value applicants with knowledge of small group work, positive pedagogy, and full-day pedagogy, as well as teamwork skills. Diversity of activities and the participation of children and families are important to us, without forgetting local and national early childhood education and care (ECEC) guidelines. The person we are looking for is a team player with a sense of humor and flexibility, who takes responsibility for the planning, evaluation, and development of their team's early childhood education activities. All employees are provided with health insurance equivalent to general and specialist physician levels. The employment contract is open-ended and includes a probationary period. Work starts as soon as possible or by agreement. Salary is based on the private ECEC collective agreement, salary class 23D, basic salary €2792.02 + possible additions (experience and personal/task-specific additions, Satunummis addition).
