Charge Nurse

Vastaava sairaanhoitaja, Kerava Hopeahovi — Solidarity and professional care in elderly services. We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Charge Nurse for a permanent position starting 15.8.2026 or by agreement. The role is independent and self-directed; you plan your day considering residents and team needs. You act as a professional, ensuring high-quality and safe care in collaboration with another charge nurse. In cooperation with other nurses and lead nurses, you plan, assess and develop residents’ care. Your duties include resident work, ensuring staff competence, and developing and assuring quality. You focus on guiding nursing and care staff and participate in administrative tasks, acting also as a deputy supervisor. We expect interest in professional development and in leadership. Proficiency in written and spoken Finnish is required. Hopeahovi is a 48-place home-like unit in Kerava. We offer a lifelong home for 45 elderly people and short-term care for those over 65 living at home with support. We are known for memory-care services.
