The Urban Planning Architect works in the zoning and transport system services unit. Main duties include the independent preparation of detailed and master plans, guiding consultants, ordering reports, programming work, negotiations related to planning, and board preparation, as well as participating in the municipality's development and cooperation projects. The role can be tailored according to the selected person's expertise and capabilities: if you have a specific skill or area of interest, please mention it in your application. The qualification requirement for the position is a suitable university degree and sufficient experience in preparing detailed plans and land-use planning tasks. Currently, our diverse industrial projects particularly need more skilled professionals. We expect the selected person to have a proactive working approach, a willingness to develop, and good interaction and cooperation skills. Visualization skills are considered an advantage. Performing the duties requires good written and oral skills in Finnish. Good skills in Swedish are valued.
