We are looking for new packaging line installer operators for Orion Pharma's tablet packaging plant in Salo to ensure the most flexible, efficient and undisturbed production possible. We need people for both full-time (40 h/week) and part-time (0–40 h/week according to production needs) work in both permanent and fixed-term (duration one year) employment contracts. Work starts according to agreement during August and September 2026. Work is currently done on weekdays in three shifts (morning shift 7–15, afternoon shift 15–23 and night shift 23–7). As a packaging line installer operator, your duties include: - Packaging work on production equipment according to the production program - Product changes as well as cleaning of equipment and premises - Installation of production equipment and adjustment during operation - Investigation and correction of disturbances during production and making fault reports - Careful documentation of work steps in the production system in accordance with the pharmaceutical industry's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Participation in the development of production equipment and methods as well as improving operations and equipment safety Work is done largely in cleanrooms and in appropriate clothing. In all stages of the work, it is important to strictly follow operating instructions and the pharmaceutical industry's good manufacturing practices (GMP) as well as protection instructions. Some of the work stages are physically demanding and require a willingness to work occasionally in difficult working positions.
