Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled carpenter for renovation and restoration work, with experience in all phases of renovation, preferably on small residential projects. The role is hands-on and largely performed in inhabited apartments, so customer service, cleanliness, and attentiveness are essential. Key duties include dismantling and construction tasks in restoration sites requiring carpentry, compartments, negative pressure and dust control, furniture removal and reinstallation if needed, post-damage protection and related on-call duties, and customer-facing response to damage situations with quick action, problem-solving, and empathy. Requirements include experience in renovation, demolition, and preferably drying work; ability to work independently and responsibly; customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills; B driving license (company car and tools provided); fluent Finnish. Nice-to-have: tiling, floor finishing, and wood-floor surface treatments. Salary is determined according to the construction industry collective agreement as an hourly rate.
