The store offers a selection of domestic fashion brands for different uses: work, everyday, and events. The assortment centers on Luhta Group brands Your FACE, Ril’s, Luhta and Balmuir. The concept rests on a stylish shopping environment, relaxed atmosphere, high-quality durable choices, and responsive service. We are looking for a salesperson for the team, on average 8 hours/week (temporary position). In this role you will act as a responsible salesperson in customer service, following the store's customer promise and customer satisfaction targets. The position is temporary, average 12 hours/week with a 26-week leveling period. The duration of the temporary contract is until 17 January 2027. To succeed, you should be quick, service-minded, proactive team player who enjoys sales work and can handle changing customers and situations. You must be of legal age and fluent in Finnish, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Retail experience is a plus. We offer good onboarding, a varied salesperson role in a professional, service-oriented environment, and duties such as stock handling and cash register work. The job emphasizes evening and weekend shifts and includes some solitary work. We offer the Shop Trade Collective Agreement (B) salary and company benefits.
