Sales Manager – Tampere region. We are seeking an experienced and goal‑oriented Sales Manager for Tampere region on a direct recruitment basis. Our client is a nationally known tire and automotive sector operator offering tires and related services. The company serves both corporate and consumer customers and is known for strong customer orientation and expertise in the field. In this role you will be responsible for active selling and developing customer relationships in the Tampere area. The job is field sales and not tied to a single office location. In daily work you will meet customers, assess their needs, build long‑term customer relationships and grow the region’s sales. Success requires previous experience in the tire industry, proven track record in tire sales and customer development, solid experience working with customers, the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships, goal‑oriented and proactive work approach, outgoing and positive attitude, good communication and negotiation skills, a B‑driving license and willingness to travel in the Tampere region.
