Sales Associate

NORMAL is looking for a cheerful and energetic Sales Associate for their store in Hämeenlinna Goodman. The position is offered as a contract valid until further notice, with shifts including morning, evening, and intermediate shifts. As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in creating a great shopping experience for customers. You will work with a wide range of products, ensuring the store remains well-maintained, clean, and appealing. Daily tasks include friendly customer service, routine store duties, and working in a fast-paced, humorous, and inspiring environment. Your responsibilities include prioritizing customers to make them feel welcome, maintaining high store standards with attractive displays, restocking shelves, opening and closing the store, and handling checkout operations. Requirements include experience in retail and fast-paced environments, a merchant mindset, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Proficiency in Finnish (B1 level) is required for customer service, while knowledge of English or Swedish is valued. You should be a team player with an eye for detail and a willingness to build great product displays.
