A glimpse into your future workday/role We are looking for a part-time cleaner for a social and health care (sote) site in Hämeenlinna! Do you want to do work that truly matters? In this role, you will work in an important environment where high-quality cleaning has a direct impact on the well-being and safety of clients. Your duties will primarily include maintenance cleaning and, when necessary, basic cleaning order work, but your work also consists of encounters, smiles, and small moments of presence. Between cleaning tasks, you will exchange news with the nursing home staff and residents, ensuring that the customer experience is warm and positive. That is why we are looking for a person who is genuinely customer-oriented and enjoys being around different people, even in changing situations. We hope that you have at least 6 months of experience in professional cleaning. You will be carefully oriented to the site and your tasks. You will have a versatile range of cleaning equipment and machinery at your disposal. The person selected for the position must provide a criminal record extract for working with elderly persons before the employment begins. Depending on the nature of the site, we may also require vaccination protection against measles and chickenpox (either through vaccination or a previously contracted disease) in accordance with section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act before the employment begins.
