Precast Concrete Worker

We are looking for energetic and skilled precast concrete workers for our client in Kouvola. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy versatile production tasks and want to work as part of a professional team. Start date as soon as possible by agreement. Job Description The role includes versatile production work in the precast concrete industry, such as manufacturing sandwich elements, handling molds, and other production assistance tasks. This job is for you if you take responsibility and enjoy physical work. Employment Details - Employment starts by agreement - Duration until the end of 2026, possibility of extension - Full-time work - Working hours weekdays between 6:00 and 17:00 Salary and Benefits - Salary according to the construction product industry collective agreement (TES) - Salary level €13–20/h depending on experience - Work clothes and safety shoes provided (own equipment is an advantage) What We Expect From You - Previous experience in precast concrete factory production - Proficiency in Finnish or English - Valid occupational safety card - Own car for commuting - Responsible work ethic and good physical condition Why This Job?
