Customer Advisor

Ruokaboksi has now expanded to Estonia. We need more staff for our Estonian calling team. The working language is Estonian. We are hiring two additional customer advisors for our Maikkula office in Oulu. Previous experience is not required; we provide guidance and training for the role. With over 180,000 customers in Finland and 30,000 in Estonia, we have now also expanded to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will join our international sales and customer acquisition team. How Ruokaboksi's service works: We deliver pre-planned recipes and pre-measured ingredients to people's doorsteps for the weekday. Job Description: **In the role of Account Manager:** 1. You take care of existing customers in Estonian and inform them about ongoing promotional campaigns and benefits. 2. You provide information about the service over the phone to people who have already contacted us. You answer open questions, explain how the service works, and help the customer choose the right box size and content to meet their needs. The salesperson's role is to encourage them to try the service. You will become part of an existing 20-person team in Oulu, located in Maikkula, responsible for national sales and customer service in Finland, Estonia, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
