Special Education Teacher - Hattulan kunta - Hattula, Finland

The municipality of Hattula is hiring a permanent special education teacher for Juteini School's special class starting from August 1, 2026. We are seeking a teacher for a special class of eight students who can guide and support students individually with learning challenges. The special class collaborates closely with other special classes in the school and general education groups, and students participate in pedagogically flexible learning environments according to their strengths. Good cooperation skills and flexibility in changing teaching situations are valued. Experience in co-teaching and teamwork is considered an advantage. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on teaching qualifications (986/98). The selected candidate must provide a criminal record extract related to work with children, as required by law (504/2002). The candidate must also present a medical certificate of health before starting the position. A six (6) month probationary period applies to the position.
