Special Needs Teacher - Hattulan kunta - Hattula, Finland

Hattula municipality is recruiting a permanent special needs teacher for Juteini School's special class starting from 1.8.2026. We are looking for a teacher for a special class of eight students who can guide and support students individually with learning challenges. The special class collaborates closely with other special classes in the school and general education groups, and students participate in pedagogically flexible learning environments according to their strengths. Good cooperation skills and flexibility in changing teaching situations are valued. Experience in co-teaching and teamwork is considered an advantage when filling the position. Qualifications for the position are determined according to the decree on teaching qualifications (986/98). The selected candidate must provide a criminal record extract related to work with children as required by law (504/2002). The appointee must also present a medical certificate of health before starting the position. A six (6) month probationary period is observed for the position.
