As a Maintenance Engineer at Ponsse, you will be responsible for developing factory maintenance and supporting the coordination and work planning of operational maintenance. You will participate in or lead maintenance projects in collaboration with stakeholders. The role includes coordinating and developing preventive maintenance and inspections, as well as proactively planning maintenance measures for the future. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the maintenance management system. You will work as part of a team to improve maintenance operations. The role reports to the Factory Maintenance Manager.

Requirements
- Technical education (engineer or equivalent)
- Experience in maintenance within the manufacturing or process industry
- Understanding and insight into maintenance management systems
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English skills
