Shift Manager

Primary location: Riihimäki. Ordinary tasks in an exceptionally fast-paced work environment. We are seeking a SHIFT MANAGER for ABC Riihimäki in a permanent part-time contract (30 hrs/week). At ABC Riihimäki we do ordinary work with an exceptionally good team. The shift manager ensures that everything runs smoothly during the shift and that customers are satisfied, as is appropriate. They do not just direct – they do, help, and care as part of the team. The shift manager is the one who, together with other responsible people, knows where things stand and what is missing. Who might this job suit? Someone who thrives in a busy work environment, enjoys diverse work and knows what good team spirit is built on. They like the opportunity to inspire and guide others, but also dare to lead toward common goals. We are looking for a person who wants to do their job well – in their own way. Bonus if you have experience as a shift manager or in another somewhat responsible role. Although the job is ordinary, it is by no means boring. Salary is paid according to the retail sector collective agreement and the amount (11.16–14.93 €) depends on your previous experience. The role also pays a personal responsibility allowance.
