Solo Health is seeking three psychiatrists to strengthen their medical team in Lahti, Päijät-Häme, for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2027. The work is based at the mood disorder clinic in Lahti. The role involves typical duties of a psychiatrist at a mood disorder clinic, working within a multidisciplinary team. Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including lunch breaks and sufficient office time for reports and written work. The patient information system used is Lifecare. Estimated working time is 4 days per week, though this can be negotiated based on personal circumstances. The position is onsite and does not include remote work or on-call duties outside of official working hours. Candidates can choose to be employed as a salaried employee, a professional practitioner, or through their own limited company. Requirements include specialist qualification in psychiatry, at least two years of experience in specialized medical care, vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, excellent cooperation skills, flexibility, and good proficiency in Finnish. Solo Health provides a collegial team, an excellent orientation, and support from a responsible psychiatrist.
