Stable Hand

We are seeking a brisk, motivated, and above all reliable stable hand for a private stable in Pirkkala for our client. The location is a small, home-like private stable (3 horses, no other animals) in Pirkkala with good transport links (easy to commute from e.g., Nokia, Tampere, Ylöjärvi, etc.). The duties consist of various stable hand tasks, including turning horses out and bringing them in, feeding, cleaning paddocks and stalls, small-scale medical care, etc., and occasionally assisting a veterinarian. Work is approximately 14-25 hours / 2 weeks, meaning 28-50 hours per month. Shifts are agreed upon with other stable hands, and morning, evening, and weekend shifts are available. The job is particularly suitable alongside another part-time job (e.g., as a substitute) or for a student. If needed, it may be possible to supplement the hours with other tasks within your own expertise through us.
