Team Leader

The main task is to guide and motivate your team to perform effective sales work and provide superior customer service. You will lead and delegate daily store tasks and participate in their development. You will train your team so that you achieve together excellent customer service and great sales results. You will ensure the store's commercial success together with your colleagues. You will perform active sales and customer service work by showing example with your energetic action. You are a motivating supervisor with good cooperation skills. You are used to planning, implementing and following up daily store routines and sales key figures. You should have previous experience in a supervisory role or responsible seller role in retail or service industries. You speak Finnish and English fluently. A professional sales qualification or other commercial education is a plus.
