Construction Worker

Multi-skilled construction workers for various site projects! Are you familiar with different stages of construction and do you enjoy varied tasks? We are seeking skilled construction workers for our clients' sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area and the Uusimaa region, who can handle a wide range of tasks according to the needs of the site. The work is gig-based. Job description: Your job description is based on your skills and the current needs of the site. Tasks may include, for example: * Concrete construction tasks, formwork and casting * Protection and preparation work * Installation and finishing work * Demolition and clearing work * Installation of partition walls What do we expect from you? * Several years of experience in construction tasks * Good cooperation skills and the ability to work independently * Readiness for physical work * Valid occupational safety card (approved by the Occupational Safety Centre); other industry cards are an advantage * Own tools are an advantage * Access to a private car is a plus and facilitates movement between sites What do we offer? We offer the opportunity to work flexibly in varied construction projects. You will receive a salary at least in accordance with the collective agreement for the house construction industry, which typically ranges from approximately €15.55/h to €18.64/h depending on experience and tasks. In addition, we provide all necessary work equipment and the support of our HR team throughout your employment. The work is gig-based, and assignments can last from a few days to several months.
