We are looking for a WELDER for a permanent day-shift position in Kaarina for our client! In your role, you will work in the machine shop's assembly and component welding. The primary material is mild steel, and occasionally stainless steel and aluminum if you have the experience and desire. MIG and TIG equipment are used, and the pieces are manually liftable in size, consisting of single pieces or short series. The work is day-shift, Mon-Fri. Success in the role requires a Hot Work Permit (Tulityökortti), good Finnish language skills, common sense, welding expertise, and a proactive attitude. Valid certifications are not required, but the ability to complete them is necessary. Experience in aluminum welding is a significant advantage, but your attitude is the most important factor!
