Assistant Manager

You will lead daily restaurant operations, support staff to perform well, and collaborate with the store manager on sales, customer experience, and profitability. You will monitor key metrics and help develop operations; you will stand in for the store manager when needed. Requirements include previous supervisory experience, a proactive leadership style, customer focus, strong organizational and communication skills even under pressure, willingness to work shifts, fluent Finnish, and basic English for work situations.
