About the role

Would you like to play a key role in developing Nordea’s Physical Security Programme across the Nordics, Poland, and Estonia? We are looking for a Threat Intelligence Specialist, based in Helsinki, with a solid physical security background to help strengthen Nordea Group’s Physical and People Security capability. About our team As the Threat Intelligence Specialist, you will be part of identifying, analysing and mitigating threats and risks relating to Nordea’s premises, processes, and people. You will work with colleagues across the organisation to build a clear understanding of the operational threat landscape, translate that insight into security risk management strategies, and help ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and standards. This role is for someone who enjoys creating structure and turning complex threat intelligence into practical security insight. Your assessments will help ensure that Nordea’s security posture remains fit for purpose. You will report to the Head of Physical & People Security and be part of a team of highly skilled colleagues across the Nordics, Poland, and Estonia. You will be based in Helsinki. What you’ll be doing: - Further develop and operationalize a robust threat intelligence programme - Further develop procedures for threat intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysing, and dissemination of relevant information - Support the organisation with threat and risk assessments prior to major events, gatherings, executive protection, etc. - Contribute actively to comprehensive security risk assessments relating to premises, processes, and people - Act as the focal point for operational threat intelligence tasks and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners - Support, advise, and guide Nordea employees on security related questions and issues - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other relevant instructions related to threat intelligence Who you are Collaboration.
