About the role

We are looking for a Development Engineer for electrical automation maintenance for our heavily investing specialty paper mill in Tervakoski. Your main tasks consist of the development of the plant's electrical equipment, software and predictive maintenance, fault corrections and substituting for team leaders. You will act as a technical expert for automation and get to share your expertise with our staff in the form of orientations and training. A particularly great opportunity is to join the investment phase of a new production line now. We expect from you: - Suitable engineer or master's degree, e.g., electrical automation engineer - At least three years of experience in industrial electrical, automation or maintenance tasks. Knowledge of the paper or other process industry is considered an advantage. - Good work safety attitude - Cooperation skills, initiative and flexibility - Ability to act as a technical expert in investment projects, as well as preparing procurement proposals, etc. - Experience with ERP systems, e.g. SAP PM - PLC programming skills, e.g. Siemens, Honeywell - Good IT skills and basic automation design skills.
