Metalworker

We are seeking a skilled metal worker for a permanent position in Turku for our client. The role includes a variety of metal industry tasks, such as shearing, TIG and MIG welding, sheet metal cutting, and assembly work. Final duties depend on the candidate's prior experience and skills. We also welcome applicants early in their career who have a good attitude and a desire to develop professionally. We offer a long-term contract in a stable company with a solid presence in the field. A comprehensive onboarding will be provided under the guidance of experienced professionals, after which the work will continue as a 2-shift role. We expect applicants to have training or experience in metal production. Welding skills in TIG and MIG, ability to read drawings, and a proactive, careful work approach are valued. The job starts as soon as the right person is found. Requirements include: training in the metal field or prior experience in metal production, good Finnish language skills (the supervisor speaks Finnish), high work ethic, and good interpersonal skills.
