Customs broker - import and export customs

We are seeking a customs broker for import and export duties to join an international logistics team. The role provides the opportunity to work in the heart of the freight clearance process with an experienced team. The position starts as a maternity leave cover, with long-term continuation possibilities. You will be responsible for processing import and export clearances, checking and completing shipping documents, communicating with clients and stakeholders by telephone and e-mail, handling customs documentation, using various systems and maintaining data, and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. We expect experience from office, logistics, or forwarding-related tasks, a precise and meticulous work approach, good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, fluent Finnish and English, initiative and ability to work independently, stress resilience and readiness to operate in a time-crunched environment. Prior experience in customs or forwarding is considered an asset.
