Practical Nurse

We understand that home is the most precious place for a person. We support the homebound customer's functioning and enable home care according to individual needs. Home care services support the customer in daily activities they do not manage independently. Services include nursing and medication management, health promotion, personal hygiene and nutrition, and rehabilitative care to maintain functionality. We have time to listen to customers and their families; our care services are, above all, care. You hold a practical nurse qualification, vaccination according to infectious disease act §48, and current medication theory studies (these can be completed with us if needed). Driving license and own car required; kilometers reimbursed per government travel rules. Proficiency in Finnish, spoken and written, is required.
