The position of Head of Municipal Engineering is often one of the most challenging; you will encounter people struggling in the snow who must be managed safely. The Head of Municipal Engineering is required to have a suitable UAS degree or a previous degree as an engineer or technician/construction foreman, as well as good experience in the industry. Supervisory experience, readiness for the design/procurement of design for street construction projects, knowledge of industry information systems, and experience in construction are considered advantages. Additionally, excellent interaction skills within the organization and in customer contacts are expected.
