We are now looking for an experienced and responsible industrial cleaner to strengthen our shipyard team in Uusikaupunki! Job Description As an industrial cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of our shipyard area. Your work is a key part of maintaining a high-quality and safe working environment, which is of paramount importance in our demanding maritime projects. - Diverse cleaning tasks in the shipyard area's production facilities, offices, and social spaces - Use and maintenance of industrial cleaning machines and equipment - Performing maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning according to given instructions and schedules - Maintaining general tidiness and order in the working environment, and managing waste and refuse disposal - Ensuring a safe working environment from your part and following safety instructions - Close cooperation with production staff and other employees What We Expect From You We are looking for a person with a genuine passion and professional pride in their work. - Several years of experience in industrial cleaning, preferably from heavy industry or a shipyard environment - Ability to work independently and proactively in varying and dynamic conditions - Careful and precise work approach, with an uncompromising attitude towards quality and cleanliness - Good physical condition and ability to handle varying work tasks - A valid occupational safety card is an advantage, but we provide training if necessary - Fluent Finnish language skills (understanding and speaking) - Readiness to pass a security clearance is a requirement for success in the position, as our client base (defense and authority sector) requires it for certain tasks What We Offer You At Uudenkaupungin Työvene, you will become part of a unique and meaningful work community. - Meaningful work in a rapidly growing and international operating environment that focuses on domestic security of supply and defense capability.
