Site Manager

We are currently seeking a Site Manager (with steel/welding experience) to join a major Data Centre construction project in Sweden on a freelance/contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading construction team, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Position Details Role: Site Manager Location: Northern Sweden Start Date: Autumn 2026 Contract Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: Long-term opportunity (1+ years) Rate: Dependent On Experience Key Responsibilities Manage steel erection, fabrication, and welding activities on site. Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, resources, and budgets to meet delivery targets. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders. Review technical drawings, specifications, and welding procedures. Resolve site issues and maintain accurate project documentation. Requirements 3 & 1 rotation on site. 12 hour shift Mon - Fri, 6 hour shift Saturday. 10 years of steel/welding experience on Data Centre construction projects. Swedish-speaking candidates are highly preferred. Must have EU passport/Swedish residency.
