Strictly complete each production link (such as wire drawing, stranding, insulation extrusion, cabling, sheathing, etc.) according to the process flow. Start cable production equipment according to the operating procedures, monitor the equipment operation status in real-time, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment. Adjust equipment parameters (such as temperature, speed, tension, etc.) according to production requirements to ensure that the specifications and quality of cable products meet the standards. Regularly clean the equipment and report maintenance in time when abnormalities are found. Before each batch of production, inspect the first product for dimensions, appearance, etc., and only mass-produce after confirming compliance with standards. Regularly sample products during the production process to check whether the appearance and dimensions of the cables meet the requirements. When non-conforming products are found, stop the machine immediately and isolate the problematic products, and report according to the prescribed process. Honestly record production data (such as output, equipment parameters, quality, etc.) to provide a basis for production analysis and improvement. Provide timely feedback to the group leader or technical personnel on quality problems or equipment abnormalities in production, and assist in troubleshooting the cause and improving. Actively learn new technologies and new processes to improve operation skills and production efficiency. Be highly responsible for product quality and production safety, and eliminate quality accidents or safety accidents caused by improper operation.
