The Assistant Store Manager serves as the operational immediate supervisor for the store staff together with the Store Manager. Together with the Store Manager, they are responsible for store management, staff well-being and training, sales, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. * The Assistant Store Manager ensures the store's relevance and the achievement of the sales budget through appropriate and timely inventory management, work guidance, and store commerciality. The Assistant Store Manager ensures that staff know what to do and when, and coaches and develops the skills of team members. * We lead with empathy and a problem-solving focus so that team members can develop in their work. An interactive feedback culture is part of our daily routine. We acknowledge each other's successes and dare to discuss things we can do better. Previous work experience and education affect the salary determination. Working hours are between 6:00 and 20:00 and include weekend shifts, providing a versatile schedule. You will act as the deputy when the Store Manager is absent.
