In cleaning supervisor and guidance tasks, you will be responsible for the operational planning and smoothness of our customer sites' cleaning services. The person we are looking for is genuinely service-minded, customer-oriented and enjoys an occasionally busy work environment by organizing their work efficiently - not forgetting diamond-like problem-solving skills! We expect from you: Success in the tasks requires previous experience from the cleaning industry, leadership tasks such as in the role of a service coordinator, and the result-oriented management of customer accounts. The person we are looking for must be able to communicate effortlessly in both Finnish and English and genuinely enjoy a multicultural work environment. At the center of the job description are also strong interaction and negotiation skills and the ability to act in a self-directed supervisor role - leading by example and motivating subordinates are part of the daily activities. In this job, you will need a driver's license; the possibility of using your own car is seen as an advantage. A professional qualification in the field is also an advantage for you. Remuneration in the position is according to the agreement, taking into account your previous experience and educational background.
