LV Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an LV Maintenance Manager / Supervisor to strengthen our technical services division in the Kanta-Häme region. We are growing our facility maintenance and service operations and are looking for a LV Maintenance Manager / Supervisor for our Kanta-Häme Real Estate Services unit. Our office is located in Hämeenlinna. As LV Maintenance Manager / Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining and leading your own area’s organization and customer relationships in Kanta-Häme. You will drive profitable growth and business within your area. You will actively participate in new customer acquisition. You will care for your personnel with sound leadership principles, using Consti’s management system, and develop expertise within your area in line with the Consti Way. The position is permanent and full-time, with a daytime schedule from 7:00 to 15:30. Start date is negotiable with the chosen candidate.
