Personal Care Assistant

Are you interested in working with people in daily life? Join us as a personal assistant for clients in our Vihti team and bring your cheerful and positive attitude. We are seeking personal assistants for part-time work in Vihti. Work hours may be up to 37.5 hours per week, with negotiable schedules. Shifts are available on weekdays and weekends in the Vihti area. In your role you help clients with everyday tasks, cleaning, shopping, and activities, and work with domestic animals as needed. The job does not include formal medical tasks, but may involve assisting with transfers and learning to use various assistive devices. The most important duty is to act as a friendly and reliable everyday helper for our clients. We are particularly looking for assistants who have experience with or can work with animals (e.g., if clients have poultry or horses at home). Courage and a positive attitude are especially needed if experience is not yet gained. We value initiative, organization, and good collaboration skills. You do not necessarily need previous experience in similar tasks, but it will be considered an asset. We will train you thoroughly for your role.
