You will act as a Taloturva representative and help detached house owners find the best solutions for HVAC renovations. The work involves traveling within the Uusimaa region. **Your typical workday looks like this:** - **Starting the day at the office:** We start the morning together with the team every Monday. We review the week's meetings, spar with each other, and set goals before customer encounters. - **Customer meetings:** You drive to pre-arranged meetings at customers' homes. You assess their needs, listen attentively, and present our solutions clearly. The goal is to find the best solution for the customer and close the deal. - **Ending the day:** At the end of the day, you know exactly how you performed. Results are measurable, and your success is reflected directly in your next paycheck. Who is this role for? Success in this job does not require 10 years of industry experience.
