Deloitte Digital is one of the world's leading professional service houses for our customers' customer area, with over 17,000 employees globally. In Norway, we are about 35 employees helping clients with consulting, implementation, operationalization and tailored services within CRM, CX and MarTech. We are organized Nordically together with our offices in the rest of the Nordics, delivering competence and services beyond the Nordics as part of Deloitte Digital's global network and world-leading technology partners. Deloitte is a leading global consulting firm, known for helping customers solve their most complex challenges. Our services in the Marketing, Commerce and Product business area combine strategic insight, cutting-edge technology and agile deliveries to create transformative digital solutions. We are now looking for an experienced MarTech Architect for our growing team, focusing on delivering next-generation Customer Experience (CX) and personalization platforms for our customers. As a MarTech Architect at Deloitte, you will be at the forefront of designing and building innovative, scalable and robust digital platforms for our customers. You will play a central role in shaping the technical strategy for complex projects, particularly within Customer Experience, Engagement, Loyalty and Personalisation, by leveraging MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) and Composable architectures. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking and strong customer-facing communication skills. Your responsibilities: Architecture Management and Solution Design: Contribute to – and where appropriate, lead – the design and development of enterprise-grade composable platforms. Develop detailed architecture blueprints, technical specifications and integration patterns for complex CX and personalization solutions, including Customer Data Management (CDP/M), Engagement Platforms, loyalty platforms, Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), Consent Lifecycle Management, Headless CMS, mobile apps, web experiences and integration with existing enterprise systems (e.g. POS, ERP). Strategic Technical Advice: Act as a trusted advisor for customers and internal teams regarding best practice on architecture, technology choice, integration strategies and cloud-native development (typically GCP, Azure or AWS). Be an ambassador for MACH and Composable principles, and guide customers through the transition from monolithic systems to flexible, service-oriented architectures. Technical Governance and Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce architecture governance, and ensure that solutions are robust, secure, scalable and maintainable. Conduct technical reviews and supervise during implementation phases. Team Leadership, Mentorship and Customer Engagement: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams in architecture design and problem solving. Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, build strong customer relationships and promote collaboration. Contribute to Deloitte's intellectual capital through thought leadership on CX, personalization and cloud architecture. Support pre-sales activities through tenders, proposal writing and customer presentations. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with 6-10+ years of experience in domain architecture for digital platforms, customer engagement and personalization, with documented experience in the design and implementation of complex solutions based on MACH and Composable principles. You are proficient in practical work with at least two of the following: CDP/M, Engagement Platforms or loyalty platforms. You have a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures (GCP, Azure, AWS) and competence in API-first design, microservices and event-driven systems. You are familiar with CIAM, Consent Lifecycle Management architecture and headless CMS integration across channels (web, mobile, digital content). You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to different target groups, and a willingness to travel to customer locations as needed. Furthermore, experience from the consulting industry, large system integration projects, retail/grocery sector or cloud certifications (Google Cloud Architect, AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect) is an advantage. Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, security best practices, Agile and DevOps methodology as well as Norwegian language skills will also strengthen your application. What can we offer you? As a MarTech Architect at Deloitte, you will get to work with cutting-edge technology (agentic AI, warehouse-native stacks, composable architectures) and shape the future of the MarTech landscape together with our leading Tech Alliances. Deloitte offers a wide range of services, from strategic advice and prevention to monitoring, incident management and crisis support, always with the customer in focus and a holistic approach. We also have a varied offer of cultural events, sports and social activities, and we are proud to have a strong focus on everyone who works here. How to apply?
