Job Details
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly across day, evening and weekend shifts
- Ensure goods enter and exit the terminal on schedule
- Lead staff in sorting and loading processes
- Work to KPI targets to ensure productivity and quality
- Full-time role with shifts potentially from 15:00 to 00:00
- Follow collective agreement to maintain fair conditions
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members
Requirements
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- B driving license (other licenses advantageous)
